New test kitchen space for Anchor Food Professionals in our New Zealand office

We are so excited to show you our new test kitchen area! We have recently renovated the space in our Head Office in Auckland, New Zealand to make it more useful for our teams to utilise in recipe development, customer interactions, and events.

Chef Danny Simpson, Strategic Menu Development Chef for Global Quick Service Restaurants, is excited to use this space to test products and develop recipes for our customers all over the world. 

This is such an important part of what we do, and Chef Danny will use this space to make sure our products do exactly what we tell our customers that they can do. 

This is really crucial for our colleagues and our customers so we can ensure our products perform to our high standards, and so we can provide exciting and innovative concepts for customers to use in their menus.

So next time you try out a new pizza or burger at your favourite restaurant, it could have been designed or tested in this very kitchen!
