Anchor Cream Cheese wins Gold

Our Anchor Cream Cheese Traditional Style won Gold at the annual New Zealand Champions of Cheese Awards organised by the New Zealand Specialist Cheesemakers Association to celebrate the country’s finest cheese.  
 

2023 is the 20th year of the awards and winning a medal is a prestigious badge of honour that gives cheese lovers the confidence they are buying the very best of New Zealand Cheese. The awards honour technical excellence in the manufacture of New Zealand cheese and showcase the extraordinary diversity and superb quality of our cheeses. 

The competition was judged by Master Judge Jason Tarrant along with 30 judges from across New Zealand who were a mix of cheesemakers, cheese retailers, food technologists and food writers.
